The conference registration will open on March 30, 2023.

The fees for the conference are VAT included (10%):

Industrials : 440 euros

Academics : 330 euros

Students - Post-doc : 110 euros

Gala dinner : 88 euros

Payment of the registration includes VAT, admission to all the sessions,and electronic proceedings , coffee breaks, three lunches. Accommodations have to be managed directly by the delegates a suggested list of hotels is provided.

A 100 € administrative fee will be levied against all cancelled registrations. No refund will be paid back for registrations cancelled after  June,15 2023.

For French institutions wishing to pay by bank transfer with an invoice deposited in Chorus, please send the order form on the day of your registration on the website.
